Paid Engagement, No Results, Lack of Accountability This is a documented account of my experience with the service provider. I entered into a paid Service Agreement (20 Nov 2025) for onboarding seller accounts on various platforms. The contract promised verified, operational accounts within 2–3 working days. Results delivered by their team after 2 weeks:
• eBay Canada — permanently closed
• eBay U.S. — permanently closed
• Amazon U.S. — rejected multiple times
• No account became operational The company acknowledged the failed outcome in writing, yet denied any refund or compensation. Their reasoning is that liability only exists if the marketplaces issue a violation notice naming them, which is not a condition in the contract. All onboarding actions were conducted by their staff using my identity, documents, and banking details. Repeated failures have created long-term marketplace risks and data exposure. I am publicly requesting:
• A full refund
• Written confirmation of permanent data deletion I am sharing this to help others make an informed decision. Everything stated here is backed by written records.
