I have been working with this company over the past 1+ years publishing a series of books on behalf of a client. Most of these books present challenges, which have generally been resolved without incident. While there has been turnover in personnel, I have had to insist upon time limits for publishing, particularly when I am paying in advance for their work. The company pushes very hard on marketing plans, and has fluctuated on the price per book, even in spite of my continued use of them. They do frequently "draw lines in the sand", offering "discounts" if I pay by certain dates (usually the end of the month). In the past few months, my contact (Martin) has been very helpful in eliminating bottlenecks, and meeting deadlines. I have not been happy about their payment system, as they only take credit cards, and have a weird system of debiting 3 parts to each payment, then crediting back two small amounts. Overall I recommend them, with the caution that you should clearly spell out and document expectations, deadlines, and services.
