The delivery service has significantly deteriorated. In recent orders, I've faced numerous substitutions or items being out of stock. Today, my delivery window was from 8 PM to 10 PM, only to be informed they would reschedule it for Friday. This situation is unacceptable and has left me feeling very disappointed, as my time was wasted. I ended up canceling the entire order.
