Third time ordering from fresh and this time it didn’t come. What a joke took three days to get my money back. All food left location with driver and was returned back to starting point within 6 minutes. I was supposed to be third delivery from 10 to 3 time frame.

Consistently Late Deliveries, Extremely Frustrating

Unfortunately, every order has been late, which is very disappointing. They often miss the promised delivery window and sometimes even the next day. The customer service is now completely unhelpful; it's nearly impossible to reach someone who can actually assist. They promise refunds, but they never materialize.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

If I could give a negative star, I would. I was shopping at a local grocery store and honestly, no one there seems to know where anything is located. Additionally, I can never find the same products week after week. It feels like this store is mismanaged. The service is terrible, and the staff appears to lack basic knowledge.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery Service

I have been using this delivery service for about 2 years without any issues, but my last two orders have been problematic. I always select the option to not substitute items, yet they replaced items I specifically requested not to be changed. For instance, I wanted powdered hazelnut creamer, but they sent liquid french vanilla instead. Additionally, I faced significant challenges with customer service, being transferred six times before giving up. There's also a frustrating issue with the repeat items feature, as I can't remove items from it. Overall, I've decided to stop using this service and will switch to other stores.

Mixed feelings about grocery delivery service

I've been utilizing a grocery delivery service for about a year now, and generally, it's been satisfactory. However, they are frequently out of stock on various items. Recently, while placing an order for ingredients for a recipe, I discovered they were missing a crucial item - kiwis. In previous orders, I've encountered shortages of frozen cherries, my preferred brand of organic milk, frozen blueberries, prepared soups and meals I enjoy, Romano cheese, classic hummus, and more. What's going on? This service delivers products worldwide, yet struggles to maintain stock in their grocery section? I just renewed my subscription for another year, so I will keep using it, but I might reconsider in the future.

Constant Stock Issues

Declining Service Quality

The delivery service has significantly deteriorated. In recent orders, I've faced numerous substitutions or items being out of stock. Today, my delivery window was from 8 PM to 10 PM, only to be informed they would reschedule it for Friday. Frustrating Experience

My experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I made a trip to a store after confirming an item was in stock through the app, but it wasn't on the shelves. The staff seemed indifferent, and this has happened multiple times. The store is cluttered with people fulfilling orders, making it hard to navigate. It's unclear whether they want to operate as a grocery store or a delivery service. Additionally, the manager's comments about stock discrepancies were frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable.

Severely Delayed Delivery

My delivery was over an hour late from the scheduled time, and I had ensured I was home to receive it, as many items needed refrigeration. Only part of the order arrived, and the fresh produce was either spoiled or squished. One item was marked as delivered but was missing. Now I’m left waiting for refunds and the rest of my order. I doubt I will use this service again.
