My experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I made a trip to a store after confirming an item was in stock through the app, but it wasn't on the shelves. The staff seemed indifferent, and this has happened multiple times. The store is cluttered with people fulfilling orders, making it hard to navigate. It's unclear whether they want to operate as a grocery store or a delivery service. Additionally, the manager's comments about stock discrepancies were frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable.
