I booked a table at the Dubai restaurant, (midweek early evening) easy enough and was told the time allocated to the meal was 2hrs and then we must leave the table. No probs I was happy to book.The day before they phoned as usual to ask for confirmation again easy enough, nothing unusual.I was then told in a rude, unprofessional way I must leave the table in 2 hrs. (leaving the table was not an issue, the way I was spoken to as a customer is)Happily cancelled the reservation later that evening having secured a table at a friendly (very famous) restaurant we have used for 20 years of so.This restaurant don't issue a reservation confirmation by email or text so maybe you need to ask yourself why not?
