I downloaded the app to my phone but gave up after a few days. I was trying to follow a podcast with several episodes but found the app impossible to navigate. At the end of one episode it does not move to the next one, instead starting a completely random one from another series.
A search provides a list of chapters, but the chapter number cannot be seen on the phone screen. Can be used on a PC but a new. search is still required for ech chapter.
I cannot believe that apps this clunky still exist in this day and age.
The app does, however, offer endless opportunities to sign up to the Unlimited level. I am already paying for Amazon Prime so no thanks.
One of the world's richest companies but they still want more; there really is never enough money for these people is there?

Disappointing family deal experience

I spent a significant amount on a family plan only to discover that my family members can't access audiobooks, only I can. What a waste of money.

Great concept, but poorly executed

The idea of downloading music files from CDs I purchased is appealing. While I prefer listening to CDs at home, having MP3 files for on-the-go use is convenient. However, the app is frustrating to navigate, as tracks that should play in a specific order are displayed randomly. Creating a playlist could help, but it becomes cumbersome with larger works. It's quite a hassle!

Lack of blocking options is concerning

The service lacks the ability to block specific artists or songs. This means I can't avoid music from individuals with serious criminal backgrounds. Their forums and support options do not address this issue, and even when I reached out to their support, I was hung up on without an answer.

I'm amazed by this music application. As a subscriber, I received a notification about enjoying free music, but when I downloaded it, it asked me to subscribe. After subscribing, I encountered playback errors, so I immediately canceled my payment. Why can't they offer a single subscription that covers everything?

Nightmare canceling the service

Trying to downgrade or cancel the service has been an absolute nightmare. Signing up was easy, but the cancellation process is a maze. I was sent in circles between the app and website, encountering non-existent settings and contradictory instructions. It feels intentionally designed to frustrate customers. What should be a straightforward process is anything but, leading to significant wasted time and stress.
