Highly discouraged from making purchases.

I strongly discourage buying any items. I ordered a wall clock that arrived damaged. I tried to contact them via email and messaging but got no response. They asked for images but then went silent. The refund policy is not what was advertised on the site. I ordered another item but haven't opened it yet. The service is extremely poor, and I question if anyone is actually available to help.

Disappointing experience with delayed delivery.

We paid in full for a painting, clearly informing the sales team about our overseas plans and the importance of the delivery date. We were promised delivery by 21/12/2025, yet it's now 24/12/2025 and the painting hasn't arrived. The sales team passed the issue to customer service, who has been unresponsive. Taking full payment upfront and missing a confirmed delivery date is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant stress and disappointment due to the lack of accountability and communication.

Please avoid this seller. They deliver subpar quality products with damages. I expected support with calls, returns, and refunds, but they don't answer calls and only send automated messages. Don't waste your money on the appealing pictures shown on the website. I've seen many others who have had similar negative experiences.

Issues with refund policy.

I strongly recommend against purchasing items from this site. I requested a return and refund within 12 hours, but they have not followed their policy even after 15 days. I follow up daily but have not received a solution.
