What an awful application!! Amazon has put *ALL* their efforts into relentless marketing, and NOTHING to make the application user friendly! I spent well over an hour with nice tech people, but AmazonMusic is way too complicated and troublesome. It was a laborious effort as I was using my iPhone on chat and I'm not good at messaging from it. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. No progress. This is a monumentally lousy, confusing music program. Doesn't anyone beta test (using ordinary people) anymore???
