As a Amazon Prime member you get access to Amazon Music, but the Music App is all but useless as you can't listen to the tracks you want due to the 'shuffle' issue, which can only be switched off if you pay further to upgrade to Unlimited.To be fair I've always found Amazon to be very good in other aspects . . . been a Prime member for years . . . but this music app is no good at all and seems to have been purposely configured as just be a way to get you to pay an additional subscription for Unlimited.
