I have been trying to set up subscribe and save items to avoid running out of products. Unfortunately, Amazon cannot live up to their promise of delivering these items. They are either sold out or arrive late. Currently, my entire order of 8 items is 8 days late. This order contains cat food (and coffee!!!). I was low on cat food and actually went into my account to have the order shipped a day earlier, and this is how it's worked out for me. I've had to purchase more expensive cat food and coffee elsewhere just waiting on this order. Not to mention, I receive wrong items and have to wait for a replacement and then send the wrong item back. What a hassle going to UPS for Amazon's mistake. Where is my compensation? My time is important and I'm tired of wasting it on Amazon's incompetence.
