I placed an order this morning for two items through Amazon Prime. It stated they would be delivered

I placed an order this morning for two items through Amazon Prime. It stated they would be delivered today between 2pm and 6pm. I checked the status when it was not delivered by 6:15pm and the site delivery had been delayed and delivery updated to 10:00pm today. A few minutes later it has now been updated to 10pm tomorrow! The site claimed the items were housed local so I did not think there would be a problem. If a company like Amazon cannot fulfill their promises for paying subscription clients to prime then they should not advertise quick delivery. If it continues I will cancel Prime and go with Walmart who I have had no problems with.

Amazon Prime is a waste of time. Their customer service agents are clueless and lie. Their customer service seems to be based out of the country. Their leadership team is rude. I canceled prime. I don't spend my money where customers are treated like garbage.
Pratibha in customer service could careless about issues and her manager Mohit was HORRIBLE as well. He shouldn't have a leadership job at all!! He isn't helpful, lacks empathy and knowledge. Amazon has gotten worse. Seems they're there just for a check. Not for the customers

Amazon Prime is becoming a money grubbing pig and I am tired of it! Now every time I go on Amazon video they want me to pay per episode for a lot of the videos! I pay for Amazon prime, which is very expensive, and Amazon video is supposed to be one of the perks I get. Not anymore! I'm ready to cancel Amazon prime and just quit shopping there all together. I found places that sell the exact same item as Amazon at half the price or less. Greedy companies really tick me off! There's none more greedy than Amazon! And while I'm crabbing, what happened to the fast delivery? That was the whole reason we all got Amazon prime was so we can have fast delivery! I ordered a bag of dog food that was supposed to be here in 2 days and on day 10 they sent me a notice that said your item is more delayed than we expected, no chit Sherlock! I called in and the garbled English customer service rep told me I could not get my money back! I said well I have a text from you that says I can get my money back and I want my money back I need to get dog food! Amazon has gone to the hounds!

Prime has some good shows and movies, but the ads are getting really annoying. It doesn’t feel right to pay for a subscription and still sit through interruptions. The experience feels less premium now. Not as enjoyable as it used to be.

Disappointing Experience with Membership

My experience has been extremely frustrating. I pay a monthly fee for a membership, but they still charge extra for same-day or next-day delivery. Often, my orders are delayed despite the promise of quick delivery. I’ve tried ordering regularly, but it’s always the same disappointing experience. They don’t refund the extra shipping charges either. I've decided to cancel my membership. Don't fall for the misleading promises. Customer support tends to provide empty reassurances over the phone. I strongly advise against purchasing a membership!

I am quite disappointed that a significant portion of the content on the platform is not offered in English. It becomes especially frustrating when an English or American film is only accessible in German!

Frustrating Experience with the Service!

My experience with the service has been incredibly disappointing! I signed up for timely delivery, but it rarely happens. It's a complete letdown. Don't waste your money, as items often arrive later than promised. They frequently cite shipping delays without offering any solutions. Be cautious! Even without the premium membership, you might receive your package just as quickly. This service is truly not worth it! As others have mentioned, I would rate them a zero if possible!

Frustrating Experience with Membership

It’s frustrating to pay for a membership when the items ordered don’t arrive within the promised two-day timeframe. When signing up, it was stated that orders would be delivered within two days. Additionally, with subscriptions, you still have to pay if you want to use other platforms. The costs are quite high, and now I understand why it's often more sensible to purchase from alternative vendors that offer lower prices without requiring a membership.
