I have been enjoying this service and even pay extra for an ad-free experience. I'm currently in the third season of a show I've been following, but now they're asking for additional payment for the episodes. This is unacceptable; it feels like being charged midway through a movie. The company seems to be getting greedy, despite already having plenty of revenue. I'm considering reaching out to express my frustration. If things don't change, I might have to cancel my subscription and move on.
