Deceptive claims about movie availability

They claim to have added a trilogy of movies, but only part 1 is available... parts 2 and 3 are on another service we have to pay extra for, like another platform. For longer sets with 5 or more movies, they might have 1 available but not 2 or 3, while 4 is there but not 5. It's frustrating trying to track down the rest across different platforms. A couple of months ago, they said the TV series is now part of the service. I added it to my favorites because I wanted to binge-watch it again. But two weeks before the end of the month, I noticed it had switched to a different service. What a surprise! Now, in January, they've added it back. If I start watching, will it suddenly disappear again? The number of commercials is overwhelming, especially since they play the same one repeatedly during breaks. It would be tolerable if they varied them, but instead, it’s the same dull ad over and over. Fortunately, when I watch from a PC, I can block ads, but from my TV or phone, the service only works through their app, which doesn’t allow ad blockers. What frustrates me the most is the inconsistent interface across platforms. The layout on a PC is different from a TV, and navigating with a remote is cumbersome. The mobile app is yet another interface, even more confusing than the others. Why hasn't anyone thought to standardize the design across all platforms? Moreover, there’s no option to save or restart a series. While it seems to track what we've watched, there’s no way to reset that, and the main page only shows the last episode of season one, even if we’re on season four. It saves on a PC but not on TV or mobile, where the interface is buggy. Sometimes, it displays episodes before seasons, and even when scrolling through, it can get stuck showing the last episode of season one instead of switching to another season.
