For a start, I think it's wrong that this site could use Amazon in its name, as Amazon is a brillian

For a start, I think it's wrong that this site could use Amazon in its name, as Amazon is a brilliant company to do business with, and the only reason I used this site was that I thought it was connected with Amazon, so don't make the same mistake I did. I deposited £50 thinking I would get 500 free spins, but after using £28, I got a message saying to spin the wheel. I thought this was a promotion, so I did, and I won 20 free spins. Thought that was great, so then I was looking for my other free spins, but couldn't find them. So I contacted customer services and was told I had used them when I spun the wheel that was my 500 spins, as it says deposit and win upto 500 spins because the wheel has 500 spins on it, so I tried to cancel my account, but to make a withdrawal, you have to provide proof of age. photo id screen shot of both sides of your driving license, proof of bank account, photo of payment card, the one I deposited with, along with a recent utility bill. This is the same procedure as another site i jioned called Casino Prestige, but they only want this information when you are making a withdrawal. When you join, it's a click of a button and a payment card, all sorted in less than a minute. Even though you have to be 18 to gamble on the sites, there's no proof of age or photo ID. Proof of age only becomes an issue when you want to withdraw, so don't be drawn in by the so-called super rewards. If you do win, you don't feel safe giving that much personal info to an online site. Another thing they do is. They send promotions saying deposit £30 and get 100 free spins as a reward, but you only get 10 free spins, especially with prestige. Please don't be drawn in by these free offers, as they are not free. I've learnt the hard way

Total scam..

Total scam... Won free spins after depositing money and then they continued to tell me that the spins were in my account but refused to tell me where and I got disconnected about 8 times and had to restart the conversation after waiting in queue so I spent over an hour and nothing was resolved... BE AWARE THIS IS A SHADY SHADY PLATFORM.. I can't believe companies like this are even allowed to operate. I'm so angry

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. Do not play on it, they will not let you withdraw any winnings, they do not reply when you contact their support email. Their website doesn't let you upload "proof of deposit" wasted $150.00 CAD playing on it, I tried to withdraw 400.00 CAD after I won but they say some trash like "The Passed Document type is not available for upload"Was told to contact support for a routine check before I can make a withdraw, I contacted support and didn't get any reply after a week I gave up. It's not a big deal to lose $150.00 CAD, as I've deposited and lost way more than that on Legit Websites and didn't care. However, what's annoying is the fact they claim to be part of Igaming yet they don't have live support or an up to date form of document verification. This website should be investigated for fraud and false advertising.
