We engaged the team with an email marketing campaign with the purpose of getting leads and booked appointments. Verbally the sales rep assured us that we would over the 5 min in the contract. As we approached over 60 days. Thousands of communications sent out - not a single inquire NOTHING. The contract said we could cancel after 90 days if we did not have 5 books appointments. But they want us to pay for month three even though they have produced nothing. It was my error in not getting them to put in writing the guarantee. And since the can't get any results they asked us the client to come up with some ideas that might work. If you are going to use them get results confirmed in the agreement or get a full refund my was only termination.
