My family have been coming to the shop for over 60 years. But a few years back, they began selling online, which was ideal for me since I moved away from London, and I could get them delivered in Surrey. Sadly though, their website is a nightmare to get into! Despite typing in the correct email address and the password I always use on the site, I got locked out, only then noticing that further down the page, it asks for a screen capture input, and it is one of the most difficult-to-read screen captures I have ever come across! I asked to reload the capture a couple of times, and I still couldn't make it out! There is no option for listening to the letters and numbers either, so it's not good for those with impaired eyesight! Except why even HAVE a screen capture puzzle at all if you are entering your email/name and password?I then asked it to reset my password, and it said it would send it to my email address. Well, here I am, half an hour later, and still no sign of it in my inbox or spam folder. I give up!!! Do these people actually not WANT me to buy their food on their site? Why make accessing the site so difficult?Guess it is time for me to break with the 60-year tradition, and finally find another decent indian sweet shop to travel to, nearer to home.
