I haven't yet gone on my booked cruise, but I had a question and noticed that the price has dropped by over £600, which makes booking early seem pointless with this company. After waiting an hour on the phone, I finally reached a helpful representative, but they don’t respond to emails, and messaging on social media isn't an option. Their recorded message indicates they are busy, but that never changes. The company needs to improve its communication systems significantly. I won't book through them again; I’ll go with an agent instead. Very disappointing.
