I recently booked a cruise but had to cancel due to medical reasons. I have emailed the company twice requesting the cancellation and received only standard replies asking me to wait up to 7 or then 10 working days. The initial 7 days are up, so now I have to wait another 10? If this is how their customer service operates, I'm relieved I am canceling.
