The customer service is just terrible, not to mention the six-day wait for responses. We booked and paid in full for a cruise, but shortly after, my wife fell and severely injured herself, forcing us to cancel. The company showed no flexibility and retained almost the entire cost of the cruise. For this, they barely had to do anything but press a few buttons. How can they justify keeping all this money? Their response has been completely out of touch. I spent the entire week getting nowhere with their guest services, and it appears they have not even read my concerns.
