Currently on day 7 of a 14-night cruise. I had a meeting four days ago with a customer service manager regarding the lack of control over the air conditioning in my cabin. He refused to share his email address to confirm my concerns. The service in the main breakfast lounge is chaotic, with staff arguing among themselves and being unwelcoming or rude. Dinner service has also been slow, taking up to three hours on some occasions. The seating process for meals is poorly organized, and many returning customers are expressing their frustration over these issues. As first-time travelers, this will sadly be our last experience with this company.
