I am very unhappy with Amber’s service. After signing up, my solar system has still not been connected in their system. I have called them 2–3 times and raised a complaint. Each time, I was told it would be resolved quickly, but nothing has been done.
I received my first bill, which was much higher than expected, and no solar rebate was applied. I specifically asked them to hold the bill until my solar was properly connected, but I have not received any response.
I have also sent screenshots from the app as requested in their email, yet the issue remains unresolved. When I try to call, the wait times are usually over an hour, which is extremely frustrating.
Overall, this is very poor service. If this is not resolved soon, I will definitely switch to another provider.
