I was shopping for a luxury item. I not only got paid for the task, but also got to keep the product. I enjoyed the shop. Instructions were clear and the brief easy to follow. I have completed a variety of jobs for Amber Arch. I find the staff very helpful. There have been a few occasions when a job has been cancelled at the last minute, but I consider this is due to the client - not Amber Arch. Money is paid promptly (not so with some agencies). If I am out on a job and need help, I have always found that the telephone is answered immediately and help given quickly (again, not so with some agencies).I feel part of the team at Amber Arch and hope to do more with them in 2025.
