I've been working with Amber Arch for around 6 months now, and have NEVER had a problem with the super-friendly team!Payment is fair and better than many mystery shopping providers, there is always someone to talk to whenever I call on the phone, and they are always super helpful if a job doesn't go 100% according to the best-laid plans!!I've seen a few negative reviews, and can safely say that some people just like to moan - if they did their jobs conscientiously and according to the very clear briefs, then they wouldn't have any need to be vitriolic on Trustpilot.
