Amber’s clients have very specific questions and so, obviously, my reports must be completed very specifically with detail. The app is straightforward and easy to use and reports are easy to submit. As Amber explains, reading the questions before each visit is vital, so I know what to look out for during my visits. Communication with the friendly and helpful team is excellent. Phone calls are answered immediately and email enquiries are handled efficiently and in a timely fashion.
