I am honestly surprised that this company is still in business, because their service is extremely poor.If you think you can get high bandwidth for a low price and still have a good experience, you are completely wrong. Yes, they give you the bandwidth on paper, but even basic platforms like YouTube, Facebook and other cached services keep buffering. It is frustrating and unacceptable.For gaming, the situation is even worse. I get around 10 to 15 percent packet loss on average. If you play on Singapore servers like I do, the ping is always above 70 ms, no matter which game or server I try.Whenever I contact their support, they immediately blame my router or my system. That is not the problem. I use a high end PC, my motherboard supports 5 GHz, my router is also high end with gigabit ports, and I am using a CAT8 Ethernet cable. I have already tested the connection between my PC and my router and the latency is 0 ms. There is clearly no issue on my side. I am a technical person and I take proper care of my setup.The real problem is their network and their support system.I have been reporting the same issue for the last six months. About once a week, someone calls and says they will fix it. After that, they ask if the problem is solved. I say no, because nothing has changed. This cycle keeps repeating.I have made more than one hundred complaints during these six months. Every single time, they ask for my customer ID again, as if they have no record at all. I report the issue through WhatsApp, so there should be chat history and proper documentation. But it feels like none of that exists.What is even more frustrating is that when I complain twice on the same day, there is no follow up. No message. No update. Nothing. They simply ignore me.They keep telling me that the problem has been fixed, but I am still getting high latency and packet loss. Then they say they tried to call me but I did not receive the call. This is a straight lie. They have done this to me five times. The phone number I provided is always active because I use it for business. My phone is never switched off.For six straight months, they have been making excuses instead of solving the problem. They keep saying they will fix it and they will take care of it, but in the end, nothing is done.It honestly feels like they only care about taking my money. They do not care about their customers at all. I strongly recommend that you do not choose this service. It is a trap. Once you commit, you are stuck with bad service and empty promises.This is not the quality anyone deserves. In my experience, this feels very close to scamming people.
