I contacted their customer service at the end of January and it took almost one month for them to get back to me with a proposed fix. The fix didn't work, I responded 24 hours later to let them know this and since then (2 plus weeks ago) have not heard from them. Tried calling them and their customer service line says there is no-one available to talk to me. Worst possible customer service company I have come across.
