Quite frankly they don't deserve even one star. Truly the worst customer service and support of any product I've ever experienced. Defective products were sold to me and their customer service seems to treat you like you must be wrong and they are reluctant to exchange or accept return. By the way, you have to call them and be put on hold -- for a long time. They will not respond to e-mails even though they confirm receipt and issue a ticket number. Also, the fit and finish of one product (weather station mount) arrived scratched and the holes drilled in the mount are too small for the supplied screws. Really poor quality control. I will stay away from this company in the future.
