Removing a promotion at the last moment—especially during the festive season—gives the impression of a bait-and-switch, as customers make decisions based on advertised prices that suddenly disappear at checkout. I reached out to both the support team and marketing to request that the discount be honored or, at the very least, to seek an explanation. Unfortunately, I received no response at all, not even a courtesy acknowledgement. If the promotion had specific terms or an expiration date, it would be understandable. A response, even a denial, would have shown a level of professionalism. Instead, the complete lack of transparency and silence reflects poorly on how this service addresses customer issues. Requested Resolution: I am asking that this service honor the discount as it was advertised on December 23, or provide a suitable credit or adjustment. Potential customers should be cautious that advertised discounts may disappear unexpectedly and that reasonable inquiries may go unanswered.
