The sizing runs smaller than usual. I typically wear a Medium, but all of my Medium items were excessively tight. I emailed for a return and received an automated response promising a reply within 24 hours, but that time has passed. Their customer service chat on the website is non-functional. This return process is not the hassle-free experience that was advertised.
