The quality of the products is very poor, and they have not responded to my return request. After I posted this review and shared on social media, they finally replied but asked for information I had already given. It seems like they are stalling to avoid processing the return within the 30-day period. Very questionable practices.
I ordered a top in Medium (I’m a size 10), but it was much too small. They haven't replied to my emails about returning it. There were no return instructions included in the package, and nothing on the website makes returning impossible. I definitely won't be using them again.
Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered leggings that didn’t fit and requested a return for a full refund. Customer support is very slow and seems to make it difficult to return items. Instead of providing return instructions, they offer partial refunds — 30%, 70%, even 90% — if you keep the product. I accepted a 90% refund due to the high shipping costs, but they keep saying it will be processed 'soon,' and weeks later, nothing has been returned to my account. It's been a nightmare following up. Do not buy from this store unless you're prepared to keep the items regardless, as returning them is nearly impossible. A very frustrating experience.
I did not receive the bras I ordered, and one pair of leggings had a hole before I even wore them. I had previously recommended Amelia to many at the gym, but that has changed since I never received a human response about my bras.
