The sizes are much smaller than expected. I usually wear a solid Medium, but the Medium items I received were too tight. I emailed for a return and got an automated reply saying they would respond within 24 hours, but that time has passed. Additionally, the customer service chat feature on the website is not working. This return process is far from the hassle-free experience that was advertised.
