I bought several items during a big sale. After receiving my order shipped from overseas, I found several items were incorrect. I reached out immediately, but they only discussed a refund I hadn't requested and mentioned I'd need to return the items at my own cost. There was no mention of sending the correct items. Their customer service feels automated. After numerous emails, I sought advice from my credit card company. I emailed again asking for a manager and noted that my credit card company suggested disputing the charge for the wrong items, insisting they should cover return shipping. The credit card company advised me to wait a week for their response. I received none. If you choose to buy from them, be aware you might not receive what you ordered and that they provide little help with issues. They may not even acknowledge your actual concerns. The jewelry I did receive was decent, but I still question whether it's genuinely handcrafted. I definitely did not receive several items I ordered, and what I got was not appealing. Overall, I cannot recommend this company!
