This site sells goods for high prices (in my opinion). In my case the retailer shipped the item I was interested in buying from Italy to the UK and this incurred a small import tax charge (approximately £7). I returned the goods to the retailer and the cost of the return shipping was refunded by the retailer very quickly, so no complaints there.
