This site sells goods for high prices (in my opinion). In my case the retailer shipped the item I was interested in buying from Italy to the UK and this incurred a small import tax charge (approximately £7).
I returned the goods to the retailer and the cost of the return shipping was refunded by the retailer very quickly, so no complaints there.

Lies and delays but a good product

I ordered shoes at the 6th of December as a present for Christmas. On the 19th December I reached out to AMÉNDE, since I haven't received the shoes yet. They told me "they'll send it right away". Same on the 29th and 6th of January. At the 16th of January I finally received the shoes after waiting 41 days, them lying THREE times about sending them AND me pressuring them with a bad review, asking for my money back and legal actions.The package and wrapper around the shoes is not in good condition but the shoes seem to be of good quality and my girlfriend loves them. And now after having such a pain with ordering and receiving the shoes, they have the audacity asking me to take down my review FOUR consecutive times. Unbelievable.

No shoes received!!!

I ordered in july and have not even received the order yet! Communication is bad. Promises are made and never kept. Not sure if I will ever receive my shoes so can’t say anything about the product. But as of now I really cannot recommend.

Very disappointed about the collaboration; after 7 weeks, I still did not receive my order

First of all, I did not receive my order yet, although I made the order on the 29th of June. It did not take 10-12 working days, but much more. After that, I was informed that the order was sent, but when I checked with the UPS, that was not true. It took some extra days to be sent. And now, after 2 weeks, I still do not have it. I asked details from the company, as you sent the package, but the only answer was that it was on transit. I am very disappointed about how you handled my order. You did not even check if I had received it, before sending the email with the link for the review. And of course, as long as I do not have the product, I cannot review it. But I can give you my honest opinion about out collaboration.
