A few months ago, I left a negative review out of frustration after waiting weeks for my shoes to arrive with no honest updates or proper customer service. At the time, I even called them scammers because I genuinely believed I had been ripped off.This week, I was shocked to receive an email from their legal team—written in Italian, despite me being a foreigner—demanding that I remove my review or face formal action. Instead of addressing their poor service, they chose to threaten me.This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, both in terms of product delivery and how they handle customer feedback. I would not recommend this company.
