ordered a bday gift for my girlfriend. ordered 3 weeks before her birthday. didn't receive anything after a month and a half of waiting. 3 weeks i've been promised to get at least a tracking number. every time I hear I'll get it next week.there was no information about long proceeding on a website. after a month, they told me they finally have got my order in stock. that means my order has been submitted without having a product.nonsense. unacceptable, horrible customer service.finally I requested to get a full refund.
