Like many others, I paid for a 'move-out cleaning.' I left the apartment in good condition, expecting the professional to perform basic cleaning according to their checklist. Sadly, that was not the case—the floors weren't cleaned, the refrigerator was untouched, and the cabinets weren't cleaned out. Complaining multiple times and providing photographic evidence yielded no results. The response was dismissive, stating, 'it's not that bad.' The professional claimed to follow their checklist, but clearly did not. They refused to give even a partial refund of the $191 I paid, instead offering a fraction of that amount if I maintained an active subscription. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
