If they can't handle their API services and basic marketing opt-out features, which could lead to legal issues, I wouldn't rely on them for cleaning your apartment.

I recommend avoiding the advantages of this service. They lack organization in outsourcing help. The cleaner who arrived for the initial visit seemed confused about what was needed for a deep clean. While I appreciated having an extra person to assist, given that I was paying close to $200 (which was a promotional price), I was disappointed by the time window. Although they claimed it was from 8 to 1, they showed up at 3 and stayed until 6. The first cleaning was satisfactory, but we were present during the cleaning, which was frustrating due to the lack of communication about their arrival. For the second cleaning, there was only one cleaner, the same woman, and I had to intervene as some areas were overlooked. The company offered me a $55 credit when I simply requested to pay full price for the second cleaning and cancel the third. To clarify, my frustration isn't with the cleaner, but with the poor management of the company. It's better to seek local services.
The company missed two scheduled appointments for a bathroom deep clean and stove/oven cleaning. A representative assured me that the cleaner would arrive for the next appointment. However, they were two hours late again. I had a family member waiting while I was out of town. After waiting for 1.5 hours, my family had to leave. The leasing office had to let the cleaner in, and I never received any follow-up from the company. Upon returning home a week later, it seemed the bathroom had not been cleaned, and the stove top was only wiped down, with the inside not cleaned at all.
I had a wonderful conversation with a representative this afternoon. This customer service agent was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. I felt listened to and received an immense amount of help. I truly appreciated the care shown during our interaction—it made my day much brighter.

Sadly, that was not the case—the floors weren't cleaned, the refrigerator was untouched, and the cabinets weren't cleaned out. Complaining multiple times and providing photographic evidence yielded no results. The response was dismissive, stating, 'it's not that bad.' The professional claimed to follow their checklist, but clearly did not. They refused to give even a partial refund of the $191 I paid, instead offering a fraction of that amount if I maintained an active subscription. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
This company deserves no stars. I paid for a move-out service, and all the cleaner did was wipe the counters. After multiple attempts to get a refund, I spoke to the same representative each time, who provided different names but recognized me by my number. They requested proof (photos), but when I submitted them, they claimed my apartment wasn't cleanable and did what they could. I never received a call about this, so they kept my money. Additionally, the cleaner left her lunch on the counter, and my vacuum, which was used during the cleaning, ended up breaking. I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back. This company is a scam and likely uses employees and their families to write positive reviews. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
