I would give zero stars if I could. My apartment complex recently changed their online payment system to Loft and there was an option for this Amenify service. They offer an initial amount of $50 credits just for signing up. However, when I tried to use them for the first time, they claimed something like my properties credits were all used up but the $50 was reflecting as being in my wallet in my account. So then the next day or the day after, I tried again and that's when I found out that you can only use $15 in credits per order and that the rest of your order will be charged to a debit card that you put on file. So today I proceeded to place an order for coffee. They claim to use GrubHub delivery service. It took over a hour for my small delivery order to get here. I had reached out to customer service during the time between order and "on the way" status to inquire about why it was taking so long as I order from this location all the time from other 3rd party delivery companies and they never take an hour to prepare drinks, they are DRINKS. I also live in an area with a record number of delivery drivers. Amenify customer service rep of course blamed it on the shop, not enough delivery drivers etc. Then my drinks make it here and something was not looking right about all of them. I looked at the labels on the individual cups and discovered that apparently when ordering on Amenify, you have to select ice for a drink that already comes with ice because their system will reflect on the stores end as having the option for no ice selected but that's not all, apparently you have to select wanting the ingredients that already come in a specialty drink. These were not customized beverage orders! One of my orders they made me select what dairy I wanted but I wanted the dairy option that already comes in the drink. I ordered a frozen beverage too and it either came with no ice or was melted. The drink itself comes with a variety of different things in it but again it reflected on the stores end as having all those things taken out! I had reached out to customer service about removing my card on file because there is no way for the user to remove their own payment method. They have never removed it like they said they would. Most reputable companies allow you to remove your own payments methods. From signing up all the way to actually placing an order and then they can't even do that right I would definitely recommend avoiding this scam. You won't get anywhere with customer service and from what I've seen from others they won't even refund in cases where it's absolutely deserved. They just keep the money.
