Worst rental car company I’ve ever dealt with. Please read the fine print before renting! The Miami Airport location on 25th St is a Scam with the worst customer service ever! They advertise one price online but when you go there they have all kinds of hidden fees. There in a small trailer with 3 other companies and when asked about the information that’s presented on the counter that states what insurance they accept and a few other things, they will say it is not theirs it’s for one of the other companies (but it’s sitting right in the front of their space) who ch is very confusing and misleading. They will then proceed to pull out hidden information from behind the counter with completely different info than what you signed up for. The customer service agent was so rude and had zero patience with the customers. It felt like a big scam so I began to record to protect myself and my $500 deposit that they say would be returned in 25 BUSINESS DAYS! The moment she saw the camera she did not want to service me and everyone in the office left. I made her aware I was only recording to make sure I get my money back as stated without any argument or incident but she denied me service. She was very aggressive, aggravated, and even cursed towards me. I recorded it all and called the police. When the police came out they were very friendly. They saw I was a visitor and recommended more reputable companies and said they always have to come out to this small mom & pop business due to misleading information.
