This place should disclose the fact, a person is forced to give them credit card, as their tactic is to pick you up at the airport, and drive you to their car location, however, prior to leaving the airport pickup, they make you give them your credit card for a "refundable" $200 deposit, plus other fees, stating these fees will be refunded, but... over a period of months, they do not refund, nor respond to phone calls. Eventually, had to contact credit card company, because even priceline didn't help although they tried multiple times. I believe, they provide a very low rate, and then simply keep the fees they charge at the airport, which many customers will not catch. Would never rent from them again! SUV was also supposed to be luxury. There was nothing luxurious about it, in addition to tires not maintained - was raining, quite worrisome.
