I was flying from JFK New York to Sky Harbor Intl. Airport Phoenix on AA Flight 636 on the evening of 2/25/2026. While in flight and waiting for use of the restroom, I temporarily lost consciousness, passed out and fell on the floor. The in-flight crew members of American were very quick to come to my assistance and bring help from fellow passengers one of them was a doctor. They notified my wife(who was with me) immediately and got all my medical information. They also declared a medical emergency and made room for both myself and my wife to be comfortable even though it was a packed flight. They also notified the EMT team at Phoenix Airport to be ready to receive me and provide any medical assistance. I do not know the names of the flight crew members and the pilots, but they were all like god sent angels in my moment of crisis. This special Thank you and appreciation is for all the AA staff that were assigned to flight 636 flying from JFK New York to Phoenix, AZ SKY Harbor Airport in the evening of February 25, 2026. The doctor who treated me was, if I remember correctly named Tamala. She was great in checking my condition and making sure that I was getting propert treatment. This review is also to express my sincere gratitude to doctor Tamala.Last but not least all the pasengers of the flight treated us like family members including the feloow passenger who was sitting on seat 30D on that evening.
