Extremely poor service1. 2020 completely refused to refund a ticket I can’t use due to Covid19 restrictions. 2. Nov 2019 forced me to wait 6 hours for a connection, never providing any assistance, finally made us board and fly on a faulty plane in a snow storm, all that so they don’t pay refunds. 3. Rude staff and incompetent gate clerks. Avoid at all costs.
