If I could give 0 I’d do that. Take your money knowing you can’t fly. I was supposed travel to Jamaica transferring through Miami. Got a call from an American Airlines operator who ran through some questions about what passports I hold and what was needed. Told everything was fine once I got authorisation from Jamaica which I did. Got another call 24hours before my flight and was told I would get a call back, which I never did. Arrived at Heathrow to be told I can’t go through the United States even though I have an ESTA. Then was told I won’t be getting a refund as it’s not their fault, I would have credit to use within the year. But their not sure when non USA passport holders can enter so no guarantees that I can use the funds given to American Airlines. They really don’t respect or care for their passengers
