It could of been 5 stars. But come on AA how is it frontier can take people temperature to make sure people safe but you can’t? It takes 2 secs a person maybe and no effort it’s super easy. Customers health isn’t worth 2 seconds to you smh. I’m sorry for wanting to be safe as possible but don’t worry you won’t be seeing me on your flights anymore
