Avoid using American Rent-A-Car.Was quick to help at the beginning of hire and couldn't do enough for you so was very happy. To then be ignored for the last week about getting my deposit back of $250 that was taken at the beginning of hire which I was told by Robin at Tampa would be returned into my account once the car has been returned.It's been a week now and I've been ignored since returning the vehicle. I have emailed and called and had no response.I'm am shocked at their customer after care quick to take your money but not repay what is mine and owed and not theirs to keep. I will be advising to anyone and everyone to not fall for their lies.Taking from families shocking.Also they ask for a review before you actually take the vehicle. I refused until I returned glad I did refuse.
