This company provides no meaningful healthcare benefits whatsoever. I've spent over $7,400 on their plan, yet none of my providers can submit claims. My dental office recently informed me that claims were returned undeliverable, even though they used the address on my benefits card. I've had no success in finding out if my healthcare visits are covered, and inquiries lead to vague responses. THIS IS NOT HEALTH INSURANCE. Avoid this plan!
