I was lied to by a representative over the phone who said that I had coverage for something major when they don't cover a large surgery like I needed at all. This caused me to find out later after the enrollment period was closed. It was a long difficult battle to get help getting real insurance but I finally did. Don't believe the positive reviews thinking this is an ok company. Stay far far away!!!! Warning! Side note. There used to be a ton of bad Google reviews on this company, all the people were saying the same kind of things as me. They lied over the phone. I couldn't find the Google reviews now. Who knows why?? Just don't believe them!
This COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HEALTH INSURANCE WITH THEM. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only are the customer service representatives and supervisors rude and unhelpful, but the management team has demonstrated the same lack of professionalism.
The company advertises that it covers all medications and medical healthcare services; however, that has not been my experience. I previously paid approximately $100 for all of my medical needs. I am now being told that I am expected to pay $4,000.
This situation appears to have resulted from an agent providing inaccurate information about the company’s coverage in order to secure more clients. This is both misleading and unacceptable.
I wish I could put a zero also I called this insurance company in November paid over $800 for it was told there's no deductible but you have a copay of $100 at a hospital and urgent Care told what my prescriptions was going to cost said I had to wait six from January to February the 1st before my insurance would come into effect aggravated the crap out of them in January trying to get me a policy so I could read it I finally went online the only thing I was paying for was six doctor visits a year I could pay that I wouldn't have to have insurance don't trust these people they can't even give you an answer why they will rip your money off and you won't never see it again.

THIS IS A SCAM! I can't get the contact number for the person who sold me the policy to cancel it. I was told I could only cancel through them, but then they hung up on me. I've called multiple times only to get a dial tone. I've had to cancel all my cards and get new ones.
The health coverage promised by the salesperson did not match what I received. After trying to cancel the membership, I was transferred repeatedly, just getting the runaround. I eventually contacted my bank to stop the payments. In short, they are dishonest.
I was explicitly looking for both outpatient and inpatient mental health coverage for my son. The agent assured me they were fully covered without a deductible. After paying, I was told I couldn't get written confirmation until after the first payment. Ultimately, the plan I was sold provided NO coverage for mental health visits or ER services. Cancelling was a hassle, but I was assured of a full refund.
