This COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HEALTH INSURANCE WITH THEM. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only are the customer service representatives and supervisors rude and unhelpful, but the management team has demonstrated the same lack of professionalism.
The company advertises that it covers all medications and medical healthcare services; however, that has not been my experience. I previously paid approximately $100 for all of my medical needs. I am now being told that I am expected to pay $4,000.
This situation appears to have resulted from an agent providing inaccurate information about the company’s coverage in order to secure more clients. This is both misleading and unacceptable.
